Want to write for young readers?  Puzzled by publishing?  Halfway through a project and need direction? Join award-winning author Sheena Wilkinson for a lively, intensive day’s workshop. We’ll cover all the nitty-gritty of craft, from the spark of an idea, through the rough first draft to the final polish. Hone your skills of characterisation, setting, dialogue and story structure to help you create the best manuscript you can. Wherever you are with your project, and whatever age group you write for, you’ll be further on by the end of the day.

Described by The Irish Times as ‘one of our finest writers for young people’, Sheena Wilkinson has published seven novels and won many awards including the overall CBI Book of the Year in 2013, and the Honour Award for Fiction for 2017’s Star By Star.
