In the fifth century Christianity made a major impact across this island. This happened through the missionary work of various Christians, including St. Patrick. This session will explore elements of early Irish Christianity and, in particular, how indigenous Celtic culture influenced the development of Christianity in this island – and still resonates with us today!
There will also be an opportunity to visit the Iron Age dwelling, where through Living History characters; you will be afforded the opportunity to ask questions of St. Patrick himself! The session will finish in the coffee shop with tea, cake and further informal conversations.
