We are bombarded by stress and emotions on a daily basis and it is important that we learn how to cope with these parts of our life and find ways to relax and recharge.
In this workshop you will learn how to carry out self-massage and various different relaxation techniques to help keep your mind at ease and deal with stressful situations. During the day, you will be made aware of your thoughts and feelings as they happen in the moment as well as reconnecting with your body and the sensations you experience.
All equipment and materials will be provided. Please note this workshop is for females only
