your sponge cake and professionally prepare your sponge with crumb coat. Cover
your cake and drum with sugar paste for a perfect finish. Rosemary will
share her top tips on types of paste to use and colouring techniques.
Creating your own hand made decorations using different cutters and modelling
tools you will perfect the finishing touches to your cake.
