Step into the kitchen with chef Chanida and learn her secrets to making authentic Thai food that were passed on to her from her grandparents. Chanida will share her passion for cooking her country's food, guiding you step-by-step through the essential flavours, techniques and recipes of vegan Thai food.
This class is designed for people of all experience levels, from total beginners to seasoned cooks looking to broaden their horizons. By understanding commonly used ingredients, cooking techniques and traditions, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to cook your own delicious Thai feasts as you create a three-course meal. Chanida will also provide free recipes to take home.
During this workshop you will taste and eat the food you have made as part of the experience. All ingredients supplied, however participants should bring an apron and take-home food containers.
