The perfect Thai curry is a delicate balance of herbs and spices. Balancing those contrasting flavours is no mean feat. Thai Curries come in many styles including Masaman, Penang curry, red curry, green curry, yellow curry and more, all of which have their own distinctive flavour and aroma. In this workshop learn about using the right ingredients, preparing them in the right way and adding them at the right time giving you authentic Thai curry pastes.
During this workshop you will taste and eat the food you have made as part of the experience. All ingredients supplied, however participants should bring an apron and take-home food containers.
