CERAMIC SNOWMEN
Thurs 2 & Thurs 16 Nov [2 evenings] | 6.00pm – 9.00pm | £55.00
Create a unique pair of little snowmen in this relaxing workshop. On the first evening the artist Carol Willey will guide you through the ancient process of pinch pots and sculpting. Learn to roll slabs, add texture and slip shapes together. You will be using a range of ceramic tools to aid your design and the sculpting process. The artist will then fire your snowmen and your second evening will be used to add colour and glaze. This course is perfect for beginners or if you have experience and simply want to enjoy a creative, fun and friendly evening out.
Workshop includes all materials and firings, but we would ask you to bring an old towel and an apron. Your fired ceramic snowmen will be returned to the venue ready for collection.
