Spring chickens or Easter doves, we are creating birds in the style of the Swedish artist Lars Nyman. We will make our own collage version of the artist’s graphic print of a rooster with tulip. We will recreate the retro style with bold outlines by cutting and gluing coloured paper shapes as well as using stickers. We will also be drawing some colourful patterns in a variety of markers and pens, creating stylised birds to mount on cardboard. So, get your scissors & markers ready for a colourful session full of pattern making!
