Learn to make spicy summer Thai dishes such as sum tam, spring rolls and more in this popular class with chef Chanida that explores the flavours of Thailand. Thai Food NI will be sharing some of their favourite Thai recipes that come together to make an exciting feast to share with friends. Throughout the workshop you will use authentic recipes to create your dishes. So, get ready for big flavours and lots of fun.

This class is designed for people of all experience levels, from total beginners to seasoned cooks looking to broaden their horizons. During the workshop you will taste and eat the food that you have made as part of the experience. All ingredients are supplied however participants should bring an apron and take-home food containers.
