Dog Friendly Screening: Lady & The Tramp
The Market Place Theatre and Arts Centre
03300 561 025

At The Market Place, we’re as daft about our pets as we are about the shows we host. We’re delighted to introduce occasional dog-friendly film screenings so you can bring your well-behaved pooch along so they don’t miss the fun.

Experience the thrilling adventures of Lady, a lovingly pampered cocker spaniel, and Tramp, a freewheeling hound with a heart of gold. This heartwarming tale now charms a new generation of families and fans with its exquisite animation, unforgettable songs and one of the greatest love stories of all time.

There is a strictly limited number of dogs that we can facilitate, and we can only permit one dog per adult attending. We will provide bowls of water, blankets to cover seats or for lying on the floor. We request that dogs remain on leads throughout the duration of the film – feel free to bring them outside at any point. Please bring any toys that may make your dog more comfortable, and we kindly ask that owners clean up after their dogs if they create a mess, with the cleaning products provided.

This event will take place in our studio theatre with an unreserved, cabaret-style seating layout. Please note that the sound levels for the film will be lowered to allow for our canine audience!

We’re delighted to welcome your pooch to The Market Place, but we ask that you follow these guidelines:

  • All dogs must be on leads throughout their visit
  • Please keep your dog secure and in your own family grouping
  • We will provide cushions that your dog can sit/lie on. Please do not let them sit / lie directly on the chairs.
  • Please bring any toys that may make your dog more comfortable.
  • We will provide bowls of water, but if your dog has a particular bowl they like, bring it along.
  • If your dog creates a mess, please clean up using the cleaning products provided
  • Feel free to bring your dog outside at any point during the screening
  • While the sound levels will be reduced slightly to cater for our canine audiences, films can still be quite loud
