The Vault proudly presents their Mexican themed All You Can Eat Banquet curated by resident Mexican chef Fernando, who will serve an authentic menu which include Margaritas on arrival, followed by starters of tapas, guacamole and deep-fried potato tacos, next with main course offerings of Cochinita pibil (pork pibil marinated in orange and annato seed baked in banana leaf), Mole poblano (dried chillies, spices, almonds, chocolate and over 20 ingredients, the most famous Mexican sauce served with chicken) to build you own tacos, served with red rice, salsas and corn tortillas. Finish your banquet off with a choice of dessert of churros con chocolate Immerse guests in vibrant Mexican spirit through decor, beverages like margaritas, and, most importantly, delicious food shared with great company.
