Inspired by the ancient Celtic ritual of renewal, this special experience invites you to step away from the rush of the season, awaken your senses and reconnect with the rhythms of the Earth. Through mindfulness and guided meditation, take time to pause, notice the present moment and set your intentions for the year ahead.

As dawn approaches, join a lantern-lit processional walk to the summit, carrying those intentions into the stillness of the winter morning. Feel the ground beneath your feet, take in the landscape around you and share in the anticipation of sunrise. Beneath the open sky, welcome the first light of the Solstice Sun — a powerful moment of reflection and a timeless symbol of hope, renewal and new beginnings.

Return to Navan Centre for a nourishing breakfast accompanied by gentle live music. Enjoy time to reflect, connect and savour the morning, bringing this memorable celebration to a peaceful close.
