Adults’ mindfulness morning six sessions

Mindfulness is a universal practice for everyone, over the 6 weeks we will explore being mindful and how we can bring it into your life. This will be a beginners course.

Every week will be a different topic. Areas covered will include relaxation, self health, mindset and the difference between informal and formal practices.

This class commences on Monday 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th November & 5th, 12th December, from 10:00am-12:00pm
