To celebrate Armagh Food and Cider Festival, 4 Vicars Restaurant will transform into a ‘Food Heartland’ hub. A retail space will be provided for you to purchase your favourite local produce, from Burren Balsamic Vinegars to Harnett’s Oils, O’Chatten Smokery produce and 4 Vicars homemade jams and chutneys. Andrew Chatten from O’Chatten Smokery has developed an exciting, casual menu featuring the best of ‘Food Heartland’ produce with his own special twist for your enjoyment. Tantalise your taste buds with dishes like smoky bacon and lentil soup, Reuben sandwich (an American hot sandwich composed of corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing, grilled between slices of rye bread) and smoked dollaghan trout bagel accompanied by cider and hot mulled apple juice.
