Retox/Detox Open Air Breakfast

Set in the grounds of The Armagh Franciscan Friary, in the Palace Demesne, John Whyte, Head Chef of Armagh City Hotel presents the RETOX/DETOX Breakfast.
Finish (or start!) with mini cheese and ham omelettes with heritage tomato chutney, Armagh lean bacon and sausage baps and ‘Whites’ porridge with Bramley apple puree and Bushmills whiskey.  Replenish with a healthy mix of naughty and nice and wash down with tea and coffee or Long Meadow Pressed Apple Juice. Detox at the smoothie bar, with mixed berry smoothies with Linwood’s Flax seeds, Armagh yoghurt and homemade granola pots, exotic fruit skewers with ‘Waggle Dance’ orchard honey and mint and a selection of local cheeses and meats with ‘Yellow Door’ buttermilk rolls.
