Local cider producers along with a local wine merchant will pair ciders and wines with a “Pintxos” small plate style menu will be prepared by award winning Chef Gareth Reid of 4 Vicars’ Restaurant. “Pintxos” are small snacks, related to tapas with the main difference being that “Pintxos” are usually ‘spiked’ with a skewer or toothpick, often to a piece of bread.
Wine with food is an obvious choice, but we want you to challenge your pallet at this event with guidance from the both the cider makers and wine merchant and you can decide which matches the food best. The evening will conclude with musical entertainment. This event takes place in Crannagael House and is supported by Eau de Vie.
