Labyrinth walking is an ancient practice used by many different faiths for spiritual centering, contemplation, and prayer. Entering the serpentine path of a labyrinth, you walk slowly while quieting your mind and focusing on a spiritual question or prayer. It’s a place of oneness, with self, with God and with all of creation. A place wholeness bringing balance and harmony. When walked with intention it is a tool for enlightenment. I look forward to seeing you all walking the Orchard Labyrinth soon.
