Discover the comforting flavours and timeless traditions of Irish baking in this hands-on class inspired by recipes passed down through generations. Celebrating the breads, scones and sweet treats that have long been at the heart of Irish kitchens, the session showcases classic recipes including Wheaten Bread, Fruit Soda Bread, Soda Farls, Buttermilk Scones and Apple Tart.

Suitable for all experience levels, the class begins with a live demonstration before participants roll up their sleeves to bake their own Fruit Soda or Wheaten Bread and Fruit Scones.
