One of the key reasons for their success is sourcing the finest ingredients and working with local artisan producers to create world class menus. One such partnership is between Burren Balsamic and Yellow Door, so we are delighted that Burren owner Susie Hamilton Stubber and Chef Robert McDonald will talk about their award-winning products.
Their journey began in 2014 when Susie made just a few bottles of Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar for a local charity fair. A few years later, respected and Master Chef of Great Britain Robert McDonald joined the team, bringing with him decades of experience within the restaurant industry.
The firm have continued to innovate, using time-honoured methods as they carefully infuse small-batch Balsamic Vinegar with local ingredients to create exceptional products used by chefs and home cooks alike.
