We’ll explore mouth-watering recipes that you can effortlessly create using your trusty air fryer. 

Presented by Auntie Joy from Killylea, County Armagh, a dairy/poultry farmer who decided to re-skill as a Chef. Auntie Joy’s passion is to create delicious recipes using local produce. This year, Auntie Joy will be demonstrating some of her newest recipes using the Air Fryer. These will be a life changer for anyone who hasn’t quite mastered theirs to its full potential, showcasing the iconic Armagh Apple in ways you maybe haven’t thought of yet. 

The demonstration is not only based on cookery but also advice and support for those who are nervous about trying new techniques. The afternoon will be filled with lots of good food and good craic!
