Cover your cake and drum with sugar paste for a perfect finish. Rosemary will share her top tips on types of paste to use and colouring techniques. Creating your own hand made decorations using different cutters and modelling tools you will perfect the finishing touches for your cake.
Participants will bring home their boxed finished sponge cake. All equipment and ingredients are included. Full notes will be available for you to take home. All you need to bring is an apron.
