Nose to Tail Tasting Menu
Fifth Quarter Restaurant

The Fifth Quarter is an exciting new restaurant Developed by the team behind The Vault Pizzeria and the Quail Family, renowned Butchers from Banbridge. The restaurant's ethos is to provide an environmental sustainable food by using the full animal hence this Nose To Tail Event. 

The team at the Fifth Quarter will use all their culinary skills to bring you a feast of delicious plates incorporating wonderful lesser used cuts, such as the cheek, ox tail , hock and hanger steaks . These will all be paired by an excellent selection of wines by Charles Robb at Robb Brothers . As you savour your meal, Joe Quail will guide you through each course explaining how and why his family have been sustainably farming beef cattle for over 125 years Charles Robb will also guide you through the wines he has carefully selected to match each course 7 courses & 7 wines £85.00 per person.
