Join us for an exciting twist on our much-loved Wine v Cider event—this year, we're proud to present Sip Off, a celebration of flavour, creativity, and local craftsmanship. We’ve swapped wine for something even more spirited—Northern Ireland’s own Wild Atlantic Way Distillery will be joining forces with Long Meadow Cider for a flavour-packed showdown. 


Each course of a specially curated five-course menu by chef Barry Smyth from The Flavoursmyth will be paired with a craft cider and a carefully selected spirit. Pat McKeever will bring his generations of cider-making experience to the table, while Wild Atlantic Way will showcase their exceptional spirits. For every course, both Pat and the distillery team will explain the thinking behind each pairing—and then it’s over to you to decide which drink wins the round.

The evening will be hosted by renowned food journalist and culinary expert Joris Minne, and set to live musical accompaniment to create a truly unforgettable night. Your ticket includes all five food courses, a cider and a spirit pairing per course, and a whole lot of fun. Support local. Taste bold. Choose your winner.
