Plot to Plate: A Sustainable Dining Experience at Crannagael House Immerse yourself in a unique evening celebrating sustainability, seasonality, and exquisite dining at the beautiful Crannagael House. The home of John & Jane Nicholson, whose ancestors planted the first Bramley Apple seedling in County Armagh. Chef Gareth Reid and his team from 4 Vicars Catering will craft a stunning menu that showcases the finest locally sourced ingredients. Featuring suppliers who prioritize sustainability through environmental and social responsibility, including amazing homegrown produce from the estate at Crannagael House bringing a true plot to plate experience.
Each course will be expertly paired with wines selected by Darren Rafferty of JN Wine, who will guide us through the perfect pairings. From producers who focus on Organic, Biodynamic The evening will be hosted by renowned food journalist and culinary expert Joris Minne, adding insight and conversation to this special culinary experience.
