In this hands-on workshop, you’ll explore authentic Thai noodle dishes, including stir-fries and soups.
Learn various Thai cooking techniques and how to balance the key flavours of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy.
The class covers essential ingredients and noodle preparation, helping you master stir-frying for perfect texture and taste.
You will taste and eat the food you have made as part of the workshop experience. All ingredients supplied. Please bring an apron and take-home food containers.
