Set against the backdrop of its rich heritage, home to John & Jane Nicholson, whose ancestors planted the first Bramley apple seedling in County Armagh, this experience promises a true celebration of local produce.   

Our event’s dedicated catering team, Anita and the Orchard Hills Catering team, will present their beautifully curated menu inspired by the very best of seasonal cooking. Showcasing exceptional local produce alongside classic cooking techniques, each dish will reflect both sustainability and sophistication, bringing a refined Plot-to-Plate experience with a Crannagael twist.

The five courses will be thoughtfully paired with exquisite wines, hand-selected by Darren Rafferty of JN Wines to bring you on a journey of taste led by the specially curated flavoursome menu.
