These are just some of the questions that children have asked during book-making projects with Kids’ Own Publishing Partnership, in creative partnerships spanning over 25 years. Kids’ Own is a Sligo-based arts and publishing organisation that gives children of all ages and backgrounds a chance to have exciting arts experiences and to make books with support and facilitation from professional artists and writers. Kids’ Own is delighted to partner with the F.E. McWilliam Gallery in February 2024 to present TADA!, a unique archival exhibition designed collaboratively with young people at every step, from content and theme to curation and design.

TADA! is a unique chance to see, engage with and be inspired by work by children, curated by and for young people. It is a dynamic showcase of creative ideas, artwork and children’s voices gathered from an ever-growing archive of collaborative art projects.
