The cottage is located 1 mile from Dromore town, 30 minute drive to Belfast and 90 minutes to Dublin Airport.

Saughyard Cottage boasts a bright sun room, a living room, a dining area, kitchen and utility room.  It has two bathrooms and three large bedrooms (en-suite in main bedroom).

It also has a private, gated driveway and a beautiful large garden around the cottage, which boasts breath-taking countryside views and a picnic area.

The cottage is only a 15 minute walk, or 5 minute drive from Dromore town centre.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the whole house and garden area.

Perfectly located for a quiet get away, or for the more active with cycling, water sports and hiking all only 30 minutes away.

Restaurants, supermarkets, leisure centres, shopping outlet and cinemas are all within 10 mins drive in Banbridge, and you will get most of what you need in Dromore only 5 mins away.

Once a masonic meeting place, the cottage dates back to 1600s and we have retained much of the original stonework and added beautiful new features. It’s the perfect place to kick back and relax, after a days walking, cycling or sightseeing.
