On this personal and intimate tour, Pat and Catherine and their son Peter will explain how their apple growing business has developed with each generation building on the last.
During this immersive orchard tour you will see the trees that Pat and Peter tend, the same trees planted over 50 years ago by Peter’s grandfather and go behind the scenes of this award-winning and expanding 21st century cider, juice, and cider vinegar business. Catherine will share some of her family recipes, old and new with an engaging demonstration in the Bramley Barn. Here you can relax and linger while you savour freshly cooked potato apple bread and soda bread, hot off the griddle, sample local chutneys and taste a range of Long Meadow ciders, juice and cider vinegar.
