Dementia Friendly Film Screening: Roman Holiday

Thursday 22 May | 11am | £5 (includes tea, coffee & biscuits)

Dir: William Wyler | 1953 118 Mins | Certificate U

Nominated for a total of 10 Oscars, including Best Picture, Roman Holiday is the story of a modern-day princess who, rebelling against the royal obligations, explores Rome on her own.

She soon meets an American newspaperman (Gregory Peck) who feigns ignorance of her true identity, in the hopes of obtaining an exclusive story.

Naturally, his plan falters as they inevitably fall in love.

Our dementia friendly screenings are open to all, but have been tailored with care, attention and insight to be accessible for people living with dementia.

This event takes place in our Studio Theatre with an unreserved, cabaret style seating layout.
