McCrackens Brewery & Distillery | Locally produced craft beers and gin. Premium Pilsner, Black – Irish Stout, Irish Pale Ale and a Premium gin made all in house using our beer. All ingredients are sourced locally. |
Foodpath | Homemade sourdough flatbreads and tacos filled with artisan smoked Grange Farm brisket, Rockvale chicken fillets, Wilson’s Country chips, William Sprott’s pork, Neil Cassey’s beef burgers, Dromona cheese, our own sauces recipes. |
Linen Hill Street Kitchen | Natural Umber Pulled Pork with Armagh Bramley Apple Sauce Marshalls Honey Chilli Chicken Topped Fries, Irwin’s Dry Aged Burger with Dry Cured Bacon & Ballylisk Cheese, Homemade Damson Chutney. Long Meadow Cider | Craft cider range, apple juice and apple cider vinegar. All products are produced from apples grown and harvested on our home farm. |
Jamie’s donuts | Freshly made donuts served with or without local strawberries, slushy, cheesy hot dogs, our donut mix is sourced locally from Andrews flour, strawberries are locally grown, our hot dogs are made locally by M&W Meats based in Portadown, our baps are also made by a local bakery. |
Arcade Pizza | Sourdough Neapolitan style pizzas – cheese is sourced from Velo cheese in Belfast, cured meats from Corndale Farm, meat from Wilkinsons Butchers in Tandragee and vegetables from Garden Fresh in Tandragee |

Glaze & Roll | Locally roasted speciality coffee (Groupwork Coffee roasted in Co Down) and locally made fine treats (Made in Castlewellan) in a 1970’s converted Rice horse trailer! Everything we use is compostable and recyclable. |

Each flavour is blended by hand, and each bottle filled and finished by hand. From the ever popular Non Alcoholic Original Ginger Wine, to the light and summery Elderflower Cordial, there is a drink for all seasons and occasions. Our ingredients are sourced from local flavour houses, our sugar is from Finlays in Craigavon. Even our packaging is sourced locally, with glass from Derrylin, labels & p;packaging from Lurgan and Armagh respectively. We also produce our own range of ready to drink sodas and mixers under Longbridge Drinks Co brand, being the first to bring Ginger Ale back to Belfast in over 100 years. Both the Extra Hot Ginger Ale and Belfast Raspberry & Rose are Gold Award Winners at Blas na hEireann Irish Food Awards Our newest range of quality cordials and syrups is under Irish Sisters brand. Currently 2 flavours with more under development. We would sell the bottles for customers to take home and cups of our Cloudy Lemonade for customers to enjoy at the event. |

We also have launched our daily health shots, which come in 5 flavours (Ginger, Ginger & Elderberry, Ginger and Pineapple, Ginger and Turmeric and Ginger and Rhubarb) each with their own health boost mixed with local organic apple cider vinegar and in a daily shot or 5 servings bottle. |

Ballylisk Dairies Ltd. | Selling a range of cheeses made with single herd milk from County Armagh, and produced in Portadown. This includes the Triple Rose (our flagship cheese made with added cream for a luxurious taste), the Smoked Triple Rose, and the Single Rose Brie. The farm where we source our milk from is less than ten minutes away from the factory, making it a truly local product. Our cheeses also pair very well with ciders because of their sweet and tangy undertones.
We also have a range of cheese biscuits made in Castledawson by Ditty’s Bakery, and chutneys and preserves made by Burren Balsamics (based in Co. Armagh) and Erin Grove Jams. As well as Waggle Dance Honey, made by Lyndon Wortley in Portadown. |
