The highly acclaimed ‘Christmas Country Showtime with the Stars’ makes a welcome return to the Market Place Theatre and promises another action-packed night of entertainment featuring a galaxy of Ireland’s top recording artists!

 Returning by overwhelming demand following her first appearance last year is Ireland’s new singing sensation from County Cork, Effie Neill, who has taken the country scene by storm this year and will take to the stage with her new brilliant band.

 This year’s Glor Tire winner Jordan McPolin from Hilltown is on the bill and yes, he will definitely do his current big hit ‘The Auctioneer’. Last year’s winner Banjo Paddy Treacy is also coming. Certainly, the Glor Tire platform has paved the way.

 The one and only Damien Davis from ‘Blaney is living the dream, backed by a super fan base that have helped him climb the ladder to a very suc cessful career. When one of our top recording artists, Barry Doyle, takes the microphone he will have everyone singing along! Making her first visit to the Market Place Theatre all the way from Cork, is the amazing talent of Fiddlin’ Mags McCarthy, a superb entertainer, singer and dancer direct from the recent ‘Hot Country TV Awards’.
