Silver Stacking Rings with Semi-Precious Stones

Sat 3 Oct | 10am – 4pm | £75 

Spend a day under the guidance of goldsmith Diane Lyness as you make a pair of silver stacking rings. Each participant will be taught traditional jewellery making techniques such as piercing, soldering, shaping, texturing and polishing to create a beautiful pair of rings to take home. Personalise and add colour to your ring by adding one or two semi-precious stones. No previous experience is required. All you need to bring is an apron and bundles of enthusiasm!

Thai Cooking – Vegan & Vegetarian

Step into the kitchen with chef Chanida and learn her secrets to making authentic Thai food that were passed on to her from her grandparents. Chanida will share her passion for cooking her country’s food, guiding you step-by-step through the essential flavours, techniques and recipes of vegan Thai food. 
This class is designed for people of all experience levels, from total beginners to seasoned cooks. By understanding commonly used ingredients, cooking techniques and traditions, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to cook your own delicious Thai feasts as you create a three-course meal.
During this workshop you will taste and eat the food you have made as part of the experience. All ingredients supplied however participants should bring an apron and take-home food containers.
